I had my surgery July 16, 2009. I have lost 98 pounds in just 16 weeks. I feel so much better. Words can not describe the feeling. I was kind of leery of having the lap band but I would not change it for nothing. I have been big my whole life. I am 35 now and I do more stuff with my family and I would not change nothing. Dr Clifton Thomas helped me change my life.I am going to lose another 100 pounds. 210 pounds is my goal. I started out weighing 410 pounds.

Before my surgery with Doctor Thomas I was insecure and unhealthy. Now I can do all the things Ive wanted to do with my family and don't worry about embarrising my kids. Dr Thomas and his staff have been there with me every step of the way through my jorney. I thank him for my "New Life". And his staff for being so great!
